华新水泥厂是一个具有40年历史的大型企业。该厂在贯彻《国务院关于加强工业企业管理若干问题的决议》,开展“抓管理、上等级全面提高企业素质”的活动中,认真开展了企业档案管理升级工作,使企业档案管理一年一个新台阶。1989年10月13日,由国家档案局组织了考评,顺利通过评审,成为我省首家进入国家一级档案管理的企业。它标志着我省企业档案管理水平达到了一个新的高度。我们向华新水泥厂档案工作取得的成绩表示祝贺。
