房屋的权属登记制度是对房地产物权的确认,权属登记的对象包括房地产开发业主和权利享有人。本文分析了现行的房屋权属登记过程中存在的一些问题,并提出了解决这些问题的对策。
Housing ownership registration system is to confirm the real estate property rights, ownership registration, including real estate development owners and rights holders. This article analyzes some existing problems in the process of registration of ownership of houses and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.
