目的:探讨急性胰腺炎的声像图特征及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析经超声诊断,并经手术或临床治疗证实的46例的声像图特征。结果:急性胰腺炎有几种特征性声像表现。结论:急性胰腺炎声像图特异,能为临床诊断及治疗提供帮助。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of acute pancreatitis. Methods: The echographic features of 46 cases diagnosed by ultrasound and confirmed by surgery or clinical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There are several characteristic features of acute pancreatitis. Conclusion: Acute pancreatitis is specific for sonogram, which can help clinical diagnosis and treatment.
