With a total investment of 20 billion yuan, the Pangang Xichang Vanadium and Titanium Comprehensive Utilization Steel Project (Panxi Iron and Steel) project is located in Jingji Township, Xichang City, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China. The project covers an area of nearly 5 square kilometers and will form an annual output of 3.8 million billet Ton, hot rolled coil production capacity of 3.7 million tons.
