目的:了解流动人口结核病健康教育的现状,探索存在的问题和解决措施。方法:流动人口小组讨论、流动人口中慢性咳嗽患者和结核病病人的个人深入访谈,结核病控制相关人员的关键人物访谈。结果:流动人口结核病知识贫乏和防范意识差,流动人口健康教育可及性较差,健康教育中存在一些问题。结论:流动人口是结核病健康教育的目标人群,健康教育开展要不断广泛、深入。
Objective: To understand the status quo of health education of TB in floating population, to explore existing problems and solutions. METHODS: The floating population panel discussion, individual in-depth interviews with chronic cough patients and tuberculosis patients in mobile populations, and key interviews with persons associated with tuberculosis control. Results: The floating population had poor knowledge of tuberculosis and poor awareness of prevention and treatment, and poor access to health education for migrant workers. There were some problems in health education. Conclusion: Floating population is the target group for tuberculosis health education. Health education should be carried out continuously and extensively.
