12 常见故障判断与处理 12.1 柴油机功率不足及解决办法①由于油泵试验台转速高于柴油机转速而造成调速器调整不当,由此导致柴油机在运转过程中按调速特性工作。可采取对油泵试验台转速进行校正; ②空滤器阻塞,造成进气阻力增大,流量减少,ηv下降。应根据说明书要求,按时清洗滤清器芯子或清除纸质滤芯上的灰尘,必要时更换。排气管阻塞,弯头半径太小且数量太多造成排气阻力增大,除应经常清除排气管内积碳外,更应尽量减少弯头数,并应有较大的排气截面; ③喷油泵供油量不足或最大限制螺钉调整不当,不能获得最大供油量。应当重新进行调整; ④供油提前角过大或过小,使燃烧过程不是处在最佳状况。应检查喷油泵传动轴处两个螺钉是否松动,重新校正后扳紧;
12 Common Fault Judgment and Treatment 12.1 Diesel engine power shortage and solution ① As the pump test bed speed is higher than the speed of the diesel engine caused by improper adjustment of the governor, resulting in diesel engine running speed according to the work characteristics. Can take the pump test bed speed correction; ② air filter blockage, resulting in increased intake resistance, flow reduction, ηv decline. Should be based on manual requirements, timely cleaning filter core or clear the paper filter dust, if necessary, replaced. Exhaust pipe obstruction, the elbow radius is too small and the number of exhaust caused by increased resistance, in addition to regular removal of the exhaust pipe coke, but should try to reduce the number of elbows, and should have a larger exhaust cross section; ③ fuel pump insufficient fuel or maximum limit of the screw to adjust properly, can not get the maximum fuel supply. Should be re-adjusted; ④ fuel supply advance angle is too large or too small, so that the combustion process is not in the best condition. Should check the injection pump drive shaft at the two screws are loose, re-calibrated after the tight;
