以大型钢锭的锻造过程为研究对象,通过了解现有凸面型砧锻造过程的不足,在原有传统V型砧的结构基础上,设计了一种新型复合曲面型砧。以DEFORM分析软件为平台,以KD锻造法为基础,对新型复合曲面型砧进行有限元数值仿真模拟分析,通过大量的模拟结果以确定最优的工艺参数。最后再结合其他型砧对锻造方案进行改进,以达到改善锻坯表层难变形区内金属状态的作用。
Taking the forging process of large steel ingot as the research object, a new type of composite curved anvil was designed on the basis of the structure of the original traditional V-shaped anvil by understanding the shortcomings of forging process of the existing convex type anvil. Based on the DEFORM analysis software and the KD forging method, the finite element numerical simulation of the new compound curved anvil was carried out. Through a large number of simulation results to determine the optimal process parameters.
