中毒型菌痢在菌痢的总发病数中,仅占一小部分,但其中的一部分常引起暴猝,病死率较高,不能不使人们关怀和重视。在降低菌痢的病死率方面,我们应该积极组织抢救工作及采取有效的具体措施,与此同时,我们也要大力贯彻党的预防为主方针,这样才能降低菌痢的发病率,杜绝暴发中毒型菌痢的来源,从根本来解决问题。为此,我们对中毒型菌痢斗争的策略必须是预防与治疗相结合。在谈到治疗问题之前,认识菌痢的流行病学特点,并据此采取有效的预防措施,对任何一个菌痢防治工作者都有益处。
