农村幼师由于专业基础差,又缺少针对性的培训,在实施课程的过程中难免偏离正确的方向,如视教案为课程,视幼儿教材为全部,很少利用环境资源,很少有意识地调整课程内容,很少与幼儿平等对话。在东台市梁垛镇台南幼儿园“田园种植”园本课程教研中,教研员在前期调研的基础上,采用“理解·实践·反思”三步走的策略,帮助农村幼师提升课程实施能力。
