结果观察组FVC(84.35±6.82)%、FEV1(81.74±8.90)%、FEV1/FVC(81.14±9.53)%与对照组FVC(94.44±3.56)%、FEV1(93.79±5.02)%、FEV1/FVC(88.45±6.25)%比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。
Objective To explore the effect of passive smoking on female pulmonary function. Methods Female residents in the health check-ups from May 2012 to October 2013 were selected. The observation group consisted of 100 women who were passive smoking in the work environment or in the family with an average of more than 30 minutes for more than 20 years and the control group of 100 An example is a woman who does not passively smoke. The German Masterscreen Ye Ge Masterscreen lung function meter. Personally responsible for the two groups of lung function tests were measured FVC, FEV1, FEV1 / FVC parameters, and then the two sets of data were statistically analyzed and the results were obtained. Measurement data using t test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results FVC (84.35 ± 6.82)%, FEV1 (81.74 ± 8.90)% and FEV1 / FVC (81.14 ± 9.53)% in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (94.44 ± 3.56%, FEV1 (88.45 ± 6.25)%, respectively (all P <0.05). Conclusions Passive smoking may impair the lung function of female residents. It is suggested that active intervention should be taken to reduce the female passive smoking exposure rate so as to prevent lung function decline.
