1 实验材料 鲎试剂、内毒素工作标准品及超纯水均由夏门鲎试剂厂提供。供试品:由本院制剂量提供。恒温箱:上海光明仪器厂。2 鲎试剂灵敏度试验 按部颁标准方法对该批鲎试剂进行灵敏度试验,在预试验后,大致摸清凝集反应灵敏度范围,灵敏度试验结果如表1: 表1 该批鲎试剂标示灵敏度复检试验结果
1 Experimental Materials The limulus reagents, endotoxin work standards and ultrapure water were all provided by Xia Mensuan Reagent Factory. Test sample: provided by the hospital’s dosage. Incubator: Shanghai Guangming Instrument Factory. 2 鲎 Reagent sensitivity test The sensitivity test of the batch of limulus reagent is performed according to the ministerial standard method. After the pre-test, the sensitivity range of the agglutination reaction is roughly determined.
