随着旅游信息化和城市智能化的发展,越来越多的研究者关注智慧旅游。智慧旅游主要是通过物联网、计算、通讯技术高新技术和设备,满足未来旅游业的发展和人们旅游的需求。智能化旅游不断朝着品牌化、国际化、个性化、科技化等方向发展,成为大型现代服务产业的独特竞争优势,是提高企业综合竞争力的重要途径。但目前我国的智慧旅游仍处于起步阶段,在理论和技术方面还未形成统一的标准要求。本文就智慧旅游和旅游体验的相关概念进行细致的阐述,分析研究智慧旅游提升旅游体验途径的现状,为智慧旅游提升旅游体验途径的策略提供好一点建议,以便促进智慧旅游的发展,提升旅游体验服务。
With the development of tourism informatization and urban intelligence, more and more researchers focus on intelligent tourism. Wisdom travel mainly through the Internet, computing, communications technology, high technology and equipment to meet the future development of tourism and people’s travel needs. The development of intelligent tourism in the direction of branding, internationalization, individuation and science and technology has become a unique competitive advantage of large-scale modern service industry and an important way to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. However, at present, China’s smart tourism is still in its infancy, and no unified standard has yet been formed in theory and technology. This paper elaborates on the related concepts of the wisdom tourism and the tourism experience, analyzes and studies the present situation of the wisdom tourism promotion tourism experience way, and provides some suggestions for the wisdom tourism promotion strategy of the tourism experience to promote the development of the wisdom tourism and enhance the tourism experience service.
