上海广电(集团)有限公司党委始终重视对离岗党员的管理教育,特别是在“保持共产党员先进性”教育活动中,集团公司党委在指导基层组织加强管理的基础上,积极探索形成集团系统离岗党员管理的长效机制, 党的工作已全面覆盖到全系统240多个基层组织,3900 余名党员,包括调整企业中的1100余名离岗党员。
Party committees of Shanghai Radio and Television (Group) Co., Ltd. always attach importance to the management and education of the party members who have left their posts. In particular, in the education activities of “keeping the advanced nature of party members,” party committees of the group companies actively explore the formation of the grassroots organizations under the guidance of strengthening management. The long-term mechanism for the management of the party system in the group system has fully covered more than 240 grassroots organizations and more than 3,900 party members in the system, including over 1,100 party members in enterprises.
