经省委批准召开的这次全省党史工作会议,是我省贯彻中央六中全会和省委六届三次全体(扩大)会议精神的一个组成部分。会前,省委常委会听取了汇报,对我省党史工作作了许多重要指示;林兆枢副书记专门主持召开了人员调整后的第一次省委党史顾问小组成员会议,听取了老同志的意见;又专程出席我们的会议,作了重要讲话,对今后党史工作提出了明确的要求,我们要认真贯彻落实。我讲三个问题:
