以国产硝酸根离子选择性电极及国产测试仪器对菠菜和小麦叶子浸提液中硝态氮的测定进行了研究。在浸提时探讨了总离子强度调节缓冲液以消除干扰并抵制硝酸根活度系数的变化。将PH值调节到3.5左右以降低弱酸的电离,并由此降低了弱酸的阴离子干扰。试验数据的重现性很好。离子选择性电极方法对硝态氮的测定与酚二磺酸法充分吻合,所以实用上可用电极法来代替酚二磺酸法和其他方法。我们认为国产硝酸根离子选择性电极和国产测试仪器在我国可以用做植物体的快速分析的工具。本论文所提出的手续将有可能推广到各种植物。
The determination of nitrate nitrogen in the extracts of spinach and wheat leaves by domestic nitrate ion selective electrode and domestic test equipment was carried out. The total ionic strength adjustment buffer was explored during leaching to eliminate interference and to resist changes in nitrate activity coefficients. The pH is adjusted to about 3.5 to reduce the ionization of the weak acid and thereby reduce the anion interference of the weak acid. The reproducibility of the test data is good. Ion-selective electrode method for the determination of nitrate nitrogen and phenol disulfonic acid method fully consistent, so practical electrode method can be used instead of phenol disulfonic acid method and other methods. We believe that domestic nitrate ion selective electrode and domestic test equipment in China can be used as a tool for rapid analysis of plants. The procedures proposed in this paper will likely be extended to a variety of plants.
