目的研究瑞士乳杆菌TUST005发酵乳对8w龄先天性高血压大鼠的尾部动脉血压和心率可能产生的影响。方法将雄性原发性高血压大鼠,随机分为5组,每组8只,分别用发酵乳及乳清、水、脱脂乳和普通酸奶,每天灌胃1次,每一试验样品实验期为3d,剂量逐渐升高。用ZH-HX-Z鼠尾无创动脉测量仪测定收缩压和心率。结果当瑞士乳杆菌TUST005发酵乳剂量1.5ml与乳清剂量为2ml,血压的下降和上升速度相对缓慢,维持最低血压水平时间较长分别为4h和6h,降压效果最好且降压值为20.5mmHg。当瑞士乳杆菌TUST005发酵乳乳清剂量为1ml,心率下降幅度为50bpm。结论用瑞士乳杆菌发酵乳喂养SHR大鼠,能明显降低血压和心率。
Objective To investigate the possible effect of Lactobacillus helveticus TUST005 fermented milk on tail artery blood pressure and heart rate in 8-w old congenital hypertension rats. Methods Male essential hypertension rats were randomly divided into five groups with 8 rats in each group. The rats were fed with fermented milk, whey, water, skim milk and normal yogurt respectively, For 3d, the dose gradually increased. Systolic pressure and heart rate were measured with a ZH-HX-Z rat tail noninvasive arteriometer. Results When Lactobacillus helveticus TUST005 fermented milk dose 1.5ml and whey dose 2ml, the blood pressure decreased and increased slowly, and the duration of the maintenance of the lowest blood pressure level was 4h and 6h, respectively. The antihypertensive effect was the best 20.5mmHg. When Lactobacillus helveticus TUST005 fermented milk whey amount of 1ml, heart rate decreased by 50bpm. Conclusion SHR rats fed Lactobacillus helveticus fermented milk can significantly lower blood pressure and heart rate.
