目的 应用彩色多普勒超声评价HIFU治疗肾癌的疗效 ,探讨彩超评价的有效性和局限性。方法 采用SIEMENSQ 2 0 0 0型彩超仪观察 13例肾癌患者的病灶 ,以病灶大小、回声强弱、病灶内血供情况等作为评价指标 ,比较HIFU治疗前后的声像图特点。结果 肾癌经HIFU治疗后 ,肿瘤病灶随着治疗后时间延长而逐渐缩小 ,回声也随时间而变化 ,CDFI示病灶周边及内部血供在治疗后减少直至消失。结论 彩超对于经HIFU治疗后的肾癌的观察 ,虽有一定局限性 ,但仍不失为评价HIFU治疗肾癌疗效的有效手段之一。
Objective To assess the curative effect of HIFU on renal cell carcinoma by color Doppler sonography and to explore the validity and limitations of color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Thirteen cases of renal cell carcinoma were observed by SIEMENSQ 2000 type color Doppler. The size of the lesion, the intensity of the echoes, the blood supply in the lesion and so on were used as evaluation indexes to compare the characteristics of HIFU before and after treatment. Results After renal cancer was treated with HIFU, the tumor lesion gradually decreased with the prolongation of time after treatment. The echo also changed with time. CDFI showed that peripheral and internal blood supply decreased and disappeared after treatment. Conclusion The observation of color Doppler ultrasonography for HCC after HIFU treatment has some limitations, but it is still an effective method to evaluate the efficacy of HIFU in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
