孙妈打来电话:哎,真是越老越没出息,孙子都不尿裤子了,我却尿起了裤子……老年人,特别是老年妇女,在咳嗽、打喷嚏、大笑或屏气用力等加大腹压动作时,常有少量尿液控制不住而流出,这种尿液不受控制而经尿道流出的现象称为尿失禁。尿失禁是世界5大疾病之一。最新调查表明,我国中老年妇女中发病率约为45%-70%,且年龄越大发病率越高。令人遗憾的是,发病率如此之高,能及时诊治的患者不足患者总数的1/4,有的患者却羞于就诊。
