在对白叶枯病的抗性鉴定中,如采用剪叶法、针刺法接种,因人为地创造了病菌侵入的条件,品种的抵抗性主要反映了它们抗扩展性能的强弱。自 Van der Plank(1968,1975)[1、2]论述植物抗性与病害侵染速度的关系,并作了数理分析以后,研究植物抗性的数量指标已逐渐被人们所重视。本文根据1977年对一批籼稻品种的观察,探讨了籼稻品种对白叶枯病抗扩展性能与抗性等级、气象因素的关系,为白叶枯病定量流行模型的建立作一点准备工作。
In the identification of resistance to bacterial blight, such as the use of cut leaf method, acupuncture inoculation, artificially created a germ invasion conditions, the varieties of resistance mainly reflects the strength of their anti-scalability. Since the relationship between plant resistance and disease infection rate has been discussed by Van der Plank (1968, 1975) [1,2], and after mathematical analysis, the quantitative index of plant resistance has gradually been taken seriously. Based on the observation of a group of indica varieties in 1977, this paper discussed the relationship between the indica rice varieties’ resistance to bacterial blight resistance and resistance level and meteorological factors, and made some preparations for establishing the quantitative epidemic model of bacterial leaf blight.
