采用乳液聚合法,以丙烯酸酯类单体和不饱和硅油大单体为聚合单体,并加入有机改性后的纳米双羟基复合金属氧化物制备出硅丙树脂/LDH纳米复合乳液,对其成膜进行X射线衍射、透射电镜、力学性能、阻燃性能分析。结果表明:该材料为纳米复合材料,MgAl-LDH粒径为70nm,均匀地分散在聚合物中,其力学性能明显提高,抗氧指数比普通树脂高出7 .5个单位,具有优异的阻燃性。
The emulsion polymerization was used to prepare the acrylic / methacrylic resin / LDH nanocomposite emulsion by adding acrylic monomer and unsaturated silicone oil monomer as monomers and adding organic modified nano-bismuth hydroxy composite metal oxide Film-forming X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, mechanical properties, flame retardant analysis.
