21世纪呼唤创造性人才,如何有效地培养学生的创造个性,发展其创新能力,已成为教育工作者研究的重要课题。在数学课堂教学研究中,教师应变革旧的教学方法、建立新的教学策略,努力为学生创设情境,诱发学生的好奇心,鼓励学生大胆尝试,丰富学生的想象力,以培养学生的创新能力。
In the 21st century, creative talent needs to be called. How to effectively cultivate students’ individuality and develop their innovative ability has become an important issue for educators. In the teaching of mathematics classroom, teachers should change old teaching methods, establish new teaching strategies, strive to create situations for students, induce students’ curiosity, encourage students to try boldly, enrich students’ imagination and cultivate students’ innovative ability .
