新型农村合作医疗制度是我国改革开放以来进行医药体制改革的一项重大措施,自实施以来,在我国广大农村地区基本实现广覆盖、低保障,广大农民群众的医疗保障得到很大水平提高。本文首先介绍了新型农村合作医疗制度的实施效果,随后分析了取得如此显著效果的原因并针对存在的问题提出了相应的政策建议。
Since its implementation, the new rural cooperative medical system has basically achieved broad coverage and low guarantee in the vast rural areas in our country. The medical security of the vast majority of peasants has been greatly improved. This article first introduces the implementation effect of the new rural cooperative medical system and then analyzes the reasons for such a significant effect and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations for the existing problems.
