患者男,65岁,反复咳喘,伴大小不等的皮下结节5个月,加重10天,于1982年2月27日入院。既往反复咳喘史15年。体检:体温37.0℃,脉搏112次/分,血压100/60毫米汞柱。神清,浅表淋巴结无肿大。颈静脉充盈,桶状胸,双肺叩诊清音,听诊散在少许干罗音,下野中小水泡音。心音正常。腹肌紧张,腹壁静脉充盈,肝肋下1.5厘米质中度硬,压痛,脾未及。胸腹部、臀部、双上肢肘部散在百余大小不等结节,玉米粒到鸭
Male, 65 years old, recurrent cough, with varying sizes of subcutaneous nodules 5 months, increased 10 days, in February 27, 1982 admission. Past cough history of 15 years. Physical examination: body temperature 37.0 ℃, pulse 112 beats / min, blood pressure 100/60 mm Hg. Clear, superficial lymph nodes without swelling. Jugular vein filling, barrel chest, lung percussion voiceless, auscultation scattered in a little dry rales, under the small blisters sound. Heart sounds normal.
