并购在给企业带来规模经济、份额扩大的同时,也给企业带来更多的挑战,财务问题就是其中很重要的一项。文章就我国企业并购中存在的主要问题进行了剖析,并提出了加强企业并购的财务战略管理的一些建议。
M & A brings more economies of scale and more share to enterprises, meanwhile, it also brings more challenges to enterprises. Financial problems are one of the most important issues. The article analyzes the main problems in the M & A of our country and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the financial strategy management of M & A.
