论述了H型钢SM490YB的冶炼、轧制工艺。分析研究了轧制工艺对SM490YB的影响。研究表明,晶粒过大和带状组织严重是造成轧件性能不合格的主要原因。通过优化轧制工艺,保证了SM490YB的各项力学性能;同时能减少合金加入量,降低生产成本。
The smelting and rolling process of H-beam SM490YB are discussed. The influence of rolling process on SM490YB was analyzed. The research shows that the main cause of unacceptable rolling performance is the excessive grain size and serious ribbon structure. By optimizing the rolling process to ensure that the SM490YB the mechanical properties; the same time can reduce the amount of alloy, reduce production costs.
