自1986年1月至1989年12月,我们采用1∶1消痔灵注射加缩肛法治愈直肠全层脱垂50例,现小结如下: (一)临床资料 1、性别与年龄:男32例,女18例;25岁-45岁12例,46岁-56岁28例,57岁以上10例。 2、病程:20年以内26例,35年以内24例。 3、诊断标准:按1975年全国肛肠会议(衡水),将直肠脱垂分为Ⅲ度。此50例中,Ⅱ度脱垂32例,Ⅲ度脱垂18例。 (二)治疗方法病人先排空大小便,温水洗净肛门局部
