目前,检察机关根据其职能充分开展渎职侵权检察工作,取得了良好的效果。中共中央政府充分肯定了渎职侵权检察工作的重要性和工作开展后不断取得的成果。这不仅反映了我国党和人民对渎职侵权工作不断的要求和期待,还体现着渎职侵权检察工作的重要性和检察机关在进行渎职侵权检察工作中肩负的重要使命。本文将从渎职侵权检察工作的定义和背景入手,对我国渎职侵权检察工作的重要性及其时代责任进行分析,最后提出一些推进渎职侵权检察工作的建议并找出其发展路径。
At present, procuratorial organs have fully carried out the procuratorate work on infringement of laws and dictatorships on the basis of their functions and have achieved good results. The CPC Central Committee Government fully affirmed the importance of procuratorate work on malfeasance and infringement and the results continuously obtained after the work is carried out. This reflects not only the continuous demands and expectations of the party and the people in our work on malfeasance and tort but also the importance of procuratorial work on malfeasance and infringement of procuratorial work and the important mission the procuratorial organs shoulder in their prosecution of malfeasance and infringement. This article starts with the definition and background of the malpractice and infringement procuratorial work, analyzes the importance and duty of procuratorial work of malfeasance and torture in our country, and finally puts forward some suggestions to promote the procuratorial work of malfeasance and infringement and find out its development path.
