本文基于对浙江非公企业人才发展的特点和发展趋势分析,指出“钱袋+脑袋”的科技智力与民营资本对接模式、“人才+资本+民企”的创业创新环境是浙江非公企业人才创新发展的两大特点。有鉴于此,建议以实施非公有制企业人才发展战略作为新的战略引擎,坚持企业为基、创新为要、人才为本,努力把更多科技成果转化为现实生产力的发展路径,加快非公企业转型升级,实现经济良性循环。
Based on the analysis of the development characteristics and development trend of non-public enterprises in Zhejiang, this paper points out that the mode of innovation of science and technology intelligence and private capital in “wallet + head ” and "talent + capital + private enterprise Two Characteristics of Innovative Development of Public Enterprises.
