脑膜瘤是颅内常见的脑外肿瘤。有关脑膜瘤的MR征象已有较多报道。本文通过分析33例脑膜瘤MR信号,探讨脑膜瘤MR信号是否有助于鉴别良恶性病理本质。 材料和方法 本组33例经手术病理证实的脑膜瘤,其中良性28例恶性5例。男12例女21例。年龄 Meningioma is a common intracranial brain tumor.
