医院文化是医院自身发展过程中形成的价值为核心的先进管理模式,是医院在经营管理活动中,在一定社会经济条件下通过长久实践所形成的全体成员遵循的共同意识、价值观念、职业道德行为规范和技术要求准则的总和。所以,医院文化就是医院管理者要办成一个什么样医院的宣言,对外是医院的一面旗帜,对内是一种向心力。认真贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,积极培育良好的医院文化是医院赖以生存发展的根基所在。就医院文化而言,一般包涵着五个内容和四个层
