海岛棉与澳洲野生棉远缘杂交的方法

野生棉具有较高的潜在纤维强度遗传能力和栽培棉不具备的抗病虫、耐盐碱、耐低温等优良性状。利用棉花远缘杂交技术,可将野生棉的优良基因导入栽培棉品种中。国内外均已通过远缘杂交获得了远缘杂种。但已往的报道资料,基本上都是以陆地棉为改良对象,而以海岛棉为母本、澳洲野生棉为父本进行的远缘杂交极少。 Wild cotton has a high potential of genetic fiber strength and cotton cultivars do not have anti-pests, salt, low temperature and other excellent traits. Using distant cotton hybridization technology, the excellent genes of wild cotton can be introduced into cultivated cotton varieties. Far from home and abroad have been crossed by distant crosses. However, in the past, most of the information reported was based on upland cotton. However, far-field hybridization with the island cotton as the female parent and Australian wild cotton as the male parent was very rare.
