前几天参加了罗湖区城市重建局组织的东门步行街入口标识参赛方案的评审。评审规则是:工作人员将网上征集的方案集中起来,然后召开东门商会理事会,会上先由外聘专家评出五件入围方案,理事会议随后对五件方案进行票决,从中选出三件方案,分享20万元奖金。这次评审是难得的一次近距离观察社区公共艺术决策过程的机会。在评审过程中,作为政府代表的是区重建局和东门管委会办公室,他们并不参与投票和决策,只是作为组织方,
