随着科学技术的迅猛发展,各类信息也在迅速膨胀,尤其是在广播电视领域这个问题显得非常突出。如何高质量的保存视音频资料并使之便于检索、查询、再利用是目前的一个难题。然而,随着数字压缩技术以及多媒体技术、数字化存储技术的不断发展、完善、成熟,为开发新一代数字视音频压缩节目存储系统提供了有利条件。本文针对上述问题,对广播电视中心视音频资料的数字化压缩存储作了一定的分析、研究,并对我们已开发出的一套数字视音频压缩节目存储系统作了详细介绍。
With the rapid development of science and technology, all kinds of information are also rapidly expanding, especially in the field of radio and television this issue is very prominent. How to save high-quality video and audio data and make it easy to search, query, re-use is a difficult problem. However, with the development of digital compression technology and multimedia technology, the digital storage technology has provided a favorable condition for the development of a new generation of digital video and audio compression program storage system. In view of the above problems, this paper makes some analysis and research on the digital compressed storage of video and audio data in the radio and television center and gives a detailed introduction of a set of digital video and audio compression program storage system that we have developed.
