为了解水力空化作用对CMC溶液黏度的影响,通过文丘里管装置产生的空化效应并作用在CMC溶液中,从溶液质量分数、温度、空化的时间等因素来考察水力空化对CMC溶液黏度的影响。通过试验表明:水利空化效应使CMC溶液的黏度明显降低;溶液黏度的下降程度随着浓度的增大、温度的降低、空化时间的延长而升高。
In order to understand the influence of hydrodynamic cavitation on the viscosity of CMC solution, the effect of cavitation on CMC was investigated by cavitation effect of Venturi tube and its effect on CMC solution. Effect of solution viscosity. The experiment shows that the cavitation effect of water causes the viscosity of CMC solution to decrease obviously. The viscosity of solution decreases with the increase of concentration, temperature and cavitation time.
