本文以甘草、陈皮和一含13味药的复方为对象,研究了所含痕量元素的形态分析方法。提出了初级和次级形态分析流程和相应的样品制备方法,用原子吸收法、离子色谱法等对上述样品中的Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cr、Ni、Mo、Se、B、K、Ca、Mg、F~-、Cl~-、SO_4~(2-)、PO_4~(3-)以及NO_3~-进行测定,算出了有关元素在各样品中的提取率、浸留比等8种初级形态分析参数及颗粒吸附态、游离态等8种次级形态分布。
In this paper, licorice, dried tangerine peel and a compound containing 13 herbs for the study of the trace elements contained in the morphology analysis. The primary and secondary morphological analysis procedures and the corresponding sample preparation methods were proposed. The atomic absorption spectrometry, ion chromatography and so on were used to analyze Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Se, B, K, Ca, Mg, F ~ -, Cl ~ -, SO_4 ~ (2 -), PO_4 ~ (3-) and NO_3 ~ - were measured and the extraction yield, Primary morphology analysis parameters and particle adsorption state, free state and other 8 kinds of secondary morphological distribution.
