中西部地区第三届党校(行政学院)系统期刊工作研讨会于2005年7月25日至7月29日在中共乌鲁木齐市委党校召开。中西部地区党校、东部地区部分党校及新疆维吾尔自治区部分地州县党校共41家党校的领导及部门负责人共67人参加了会议。 这次会议的主题是加强党的执政能力建设与党校期刊工作。与会代表结合新的形势和任务，围绕会议主题结合各地党校的实际情况，对如何实现党校期刊工作的新发展进行了深入研讨。
The Third Central Party School (Administrative College) System Journal Work Seminar was held from July 25, 2005 to July 29, 2005 at the Party School of Urumqi CPC Committee. A total of 67 leaders and leaders from 41 Party schools in the Central and Western Regions Party School, some Party Schools in the Eastern Region and some Party Schools in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were present at the meeting. The theme of this meeting is to strengthen the building of the party’s ability to govern and the work of the party school periodicals. In light of the theme of the conference and the actual conditions of Party schools in various places, the participating delegates took a new look at how to realize the new development of the work of the periodicals of the Party School in light of the new situation and tasks.
