1996 ~1997 年,对生长中客发梨山梨糖醇及其它糖含量进行测定。结果表明,果实中山梨糖醇含量有三个高峰期,即6 月初、7 月中旬和9 月中旬,其中6 月初含量最高;8 月初之前果实中的糖以山梨糖醇为主,从8 月中旬开始到采收前以果糖为主,而且果糖含量的增加与山梨糖醇的转化有关;果实中的葡萄糖和蔗糖含量在生长期间变化不大
1996 to 1997, the growth of passenger-made pear sorbitol and other sugar content were measured. The results showed that sorbitol content in fruit has three peaks, that is, early June, mid July and mid-September, of which the highest content in early June; before the beginning of August the fruit of sugar sorbitol-based, from mid-August Fructose began to be harvested before harvesting, and the increase of fructose content was related to the conversion of sorbitol.
