采用振动挤压工艺生产的预应力钢筋混凝土输水管,管体成型方式是在振动过程中将混凝土拌合物充满内外模之间,而后对其施加25kg/cm~2左右的挤压力。在挤压过程中,首先是混凝土拌合物中的一部分水被排出(挤压排水前的水灰比为0.4左右,挤压排水后的剩余水灰比为0.25左右)完成排水阶段以后,开始通蒸气进行养护约6小时左右(恒温温度90°±5℃),结束挤压(即预应力筋张拉)阶段,同时停止蒸养。
