基于电迁移率测试技术 ,采用计算机控制的微分型迁移率粒子尺寸测定方法(DMPS方法 )和直接采样电镜分析方法 ,对常用焊条在焊态下产生的焊接气溶胶粒子的谱分布和形貌进行了实时测定。首次发现焊接气溶胶粒子具有多峰分布特征。采用文中提出的分区间处理方法 ,能获得描述焊接气溶胶粒子谱分布特征的分布函数 ,E430 3焊条各峰区粒子群各自都基本遵循对数正态分布规律。这对阐明焊接气溶胶粒子产生机理 ,揭示焊接气溶胶特性 ,及有效控制焊接烟尘等具有重要意义。
Based on the electromigration measurement technology, the distribution and morphology of the welding aerosol particles produced by common electrodes in the welding state were investigated by using the computer-controlled differential mobility particle size measurement method (DMPS) and direct sampling electron microscopy Real-time determination. For the first time, it was found that the welding aerosol particles have multimodal distribution. The distribution function describing the spectral distribution characteristics of the soldered aerosol particles can be obtained by using the inter-section processing method proposed in the paper. The particle groups in each peak area of the E430 3 electrode basically follow the law of logarithmic normal distribution. This is important for elucidating the mechanism of aerosol particle production, revealing the characteristics of the welding aerosol and effectively controlling the welding soot.
