对3个国家茶树品种扦插生根情况以及扦插过程中3种氧化酶活性和茶多酚含量变化进行研究。结果表明,不同品种间扦插繁育能力存在差异,扦插成活率排序为:皖茶91>舒茶早>石佛翠。在扦插过程中,PPO活性均呈上升→下降→上升趋势,扦插15 d时达到高峰且皖茶91高于舒茶早和石佛翠;POD活性与扦插生根呈负相关,除石佛翠呈上升趋势外,其他2个品种均先降后升;IAAO活性除石佛翠基本无变化外,其他2个品种均呈上升→下降→上升趋势,皖茶91变化幅度比舒茶早大;这3种氧化酶与茶树扦插成活率具有明显的相关性。插穗叶片中茶多酚含量的增加也有利于插穗成活率的提高。
The rooting conditions of three national tea tree species and the changes of three kinds of oxidase activity and tea polyphenol content in the process of cutting were studied. The results showed that there were differences in cutting propagation among different cultivars. The survival rates of cuttings were as follows: Anhui tea 91> Shu tea> Shifo cui. During the cutting process, the activities of PPO increased, decreased, and then increased. The peak of cuttings reached the peak at 15 days and that of Anhui tea 91 was higher than that of Shuchazao and Shifucui. The activity of POD was negatively correlated with cutting rooting, The two varieties all decreased first and then increased. The activity of IAAO was almost unchanged except Shippuangui, while the other two cultivars showed the trend of ascending → descending → increasing, and the rate of change of Wancha 91 was earlier than that of Shucha; the three kinds of oxidase and the survival of tea plantation Rate has obvious relevance. The increase of tea polyphenol content in cutting leaves is also beneficial to the improvement of survival rate of cuttings.
