以具有刚性结构的没食子酸丙酯和具有长链柔性结构的漆酚为原料, 调节软硬成分比例, 合成了5种自修复聚氨酯.采用FT-IR、TGA、DMA以及拉伸性能测试对聚氨酯的化学结构、热稳定性、力学性能以及自修复效率进行了研究.结果表明:增加漆酚用量可以提高聚合物热稳定性, 但是在一定程度上会降低玻璃化转变温度和储能模量.聚氨酯的力学性能也会随着漆酚比例的增大而降低, 拉伸修复效率则是在—OH (没食子酸丙酯):—OH (漆酚) =1∶1 (物质的量比) 时最大.“,”The five self-healing polyurethanes were synthesized using propyl gallate with rigid structure and urushiol with long-chain flexible structure as raw materials and adjusting the ratio of soft and hard components. The chemical structure, thermal stability, mechanical properties and self-healing efficiency of polyurethanes were investigated by FT-IR, TGA, DMA and tensile property tests. The results showed the thermal stability of the polymer was improved with the increasing of urushiol amount. But the glass transition temperature and the storage modulus were decreased to a certain extent and the mechanical properties of polyurethanes were also decreased. The tensile property self-healing efficiency was the maximum when the molar ratio of — OH (propyl gallate) to — OH (urushiol) was 1 ∶ 1.
