目的:探讨孕期健康教育对孕妇分娩方式的影响。方法:选取在普陀区妇婴保健院门诊建卡,预产期为2016年第一季度的360名孕妇为干预组,预产期为第二季度的432名孕妇为对照组。对照组给予常规孕期健康教育,而干预组在此基础上,调整方式和内容,从孕早期开始,就通过短信、微信群等联系方式,加强孕妇知信行效果。在内容上,更着重强调合理控制体重及心理健康,鼓励选择适宜自己的分娩方式。通过问卷调查和统计分析,比对常规化孕期健康教育和调整后健康教育对孕妇分娩方式的影响。结果:调整后孕期健康教育更能够提高孕妇对分娩知识的掌握,并有助于降低剖宫产率。结论:实验结果表明,通过授课方式、联系手段和内容的调整,干预组接受健康教育后,更能够有效的提高孕妇对分娩知识的掌握度,调整后的健康教育对孕妇分娩方式选择的影响显著,有助于孕产妇在心理上克服恐惧,理性选择适合自己的分娩方式,降低剖宫产率。
Objective: To explore the effect of pregnancy health education on the delivery mode of pregnant women. Methods: To select outpatient card in Putuo District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, the expected date of birth for the first quarter of 2016 360 pregnant women as the intervention group, the expected date of birth for the second quarter of 432 pregnant women as the control group. The control group was given regular health education during pregnancy. On the basis of this, the intervention group adjusted the way and content, and from the early pregnancy, through SMS, WeChat group and other contact ways to strengthen the effect of pregnant women’s knowledge and communication. In content, more emphasis on reasonable control of weight and mental health, to encourage the choice of their own mode of delivery. Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, we compared the effects of routine health education and adjusted health education on pregnant women ’s mode of delivery. Results: The adjusted health education during pregnancy can improve pregnant women’s knowledge of childbirth and help to reduce cesarean section rate. Conclusion: The experimental results show that after receiving health education, the intervention group can effectively improve the mastery of childbirth knowledge through the adjustment of teaching methods, means of contact and content, and the effect of adjusted health education on the choice of delivery mode of pregnant women is significant , Help pregnant women to overcome psychological fear, rational choice for their delivery mode, reduce the rate of cesarean section.
