就采煤液压支架液压控制系统现存问题,用磁流变阀取代电磁阀作为主阀的先导阀,对原有系统进行了改进,设计了基于CAN总线和磁流变阀的新系统磁流变阀本身的特点使得后续系统控制硬件电路设计简单,同时也提高了主阀响应速度,消除了噪声。将CAN总线应用于液压支架电液控制系统,实现了各液压支架控制器之间的通信和上位机对其的远程监控。体现了基于磁流变阀和CAN总线液压支架控制系统的一些优越性,为液压支架控制系统的设计开创了一种新思路。
Based on the existing problems of the hydraulic control system of the coal hydraulic support, the solenoid valve was replaced by the magnetorheological valve as the pilot valve of the main valve, the original system was improved and the new system based on CAN bus and MRF was designed. Valve itself makes the follow-up system control hardware circuit design simple, but also improve the main valve response speed, eliminating the noise. The CAN bus is applied to hydraulic support hydraulic control system to achieve the communication between the hydraulic support controller and the host computer to its remote monitoring. It embodies some advantages of control system based on magnetic rheological valve and CAN bus hydraulic support and opens a new idea for the design of hydraulic support control system.
