[目的]测量研究泸州市成年人健康上前牙牙龈的颜色范围。为制作出适合国人的牙龈比色板打下基础。[方法]采用Shadeeye Ncc电脑比色仪在自然光线下,测量160名泸州市成年人上颌侧切牙的近远中龈乳头、游离龈、附着龈,左右对称的牙龈各测一次。测量结果用SPSS11.0软件作统计分析。[结果]①将泸州市成年人健康上前牙各部位牙龈色度值汇总,其总体分布范围如下:L*值从50~98都有分布,其中位数为84.50,四分位间距为12.80;a*值从4.90~35.70都有分布,其中位数为15.70,四分位间距为5.40;b*值从8.80到37.90都有分布,其中位数为21.20,四分位间距为6.00。②上前牙牙龈L*a*b*值三者之间的关系如下:L*与a*值成负相关,相关系数为0.22。L*与b*值的相关关系不成立。a*与b*值也成负相关,相关系数为0.06。③A、B两区的同名对称牙牙龈的L*a*b*值之间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]所测得的色度值范围较广,这提示我们:牙龈比色板色片的分布应大体覆盖整个所测得的范围,对于频数分布图两侧的部分可以用较少的色片来反映,对于中位数两侧的部分应有较多选择的色片便于配色。牙龈比色板色片颜色的确定可以从L*a*b*值三者之间的关系着手。
[Objective] To study the color range of gums on the anterior teeth of adults in Luzhou City. To create a suitable for the Chinese gum color palette to lay the foundation. [Methods] Shadeeye Ncc computer colorimeter was used to measure the distance of the maxillary lateral incisors of 160 adults with maxillary lateral incisors, free gingiva, gingival attachment, left and right symmetrical gingiva under natural light. The measurement results were analyzed by SPSS11.0 software. [Results] ① The summary of the gingival chroma values of various parts of anterior teeth in healthy adults of Luzhou City was as follows: The L * values ranged from 50 to 98, with median 84.50 and interquartile range 12.80 The a * values ranged from 4.90 to 35.70 and the median was 15.70 and the interquartile range was 5.40. The b * values ranged from 8.80 to 37.90 with a median of 21.20 and a quartile spacing of 6.00. ② The relationship between L * a * b * values of the anterior teeth gum is as follows: L * and a * values are negatively correlated with a correlation coefficient of 0.22. The correlation between L * and b * values does not hold. The a * and b * values are also negatively correlated with a correlation coefficient of 0.06. ③ There was no significant difference in L * a * b * values between symmetrical teeth and gums in areas A and B (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The wide range of measured colorimetric values suggests that the distribution of gingival patches should cover the entire measured range, with less color on the two sides of the frequency distribution Film to reflect, for the median on both sides of the part should have more choice of color film for easy color. Gingival palette color chip color can be determined from the L * a * b * value of the relationship between the three start.
