我厂有两台KZL4-10快装锅炉,是70年代末青岛锅炉厂产品,经过连续运行8年,主要缺陷是热效率低,热损失总和竟达38%,这不但浪费了能源,而且不符合山东省一、二级锅炉房管理标准.为此,我们对两台锅炉分两期实施技术改造.一、改造前的基本状况分析1.原炉体结构紧凑、炉膛较大,能砌筑和加宽炉墙.空气预热器、省煤器完整无损,送引风机运行正常.2.前拱较高,后拱较短,烟气混流作用差,炉膛燃烧温度低,造成燃烧不完全.经过烟台监测中心测试,热效率仅为62%,解决燃烧问题是关键.3.由于4个风室漏风、串风,煤闸板、调风板不灵活,造成燃烧不良;炉膛热力分布不均,冷风漏入,引起
