中央党校第40期省部级进修班一份课题报告提出,当前国企一般员工收入畸高畸低,分配不公问题比较突出,并建议加快垄断行业改革,根治收入过高问题。报告说,从中央企业近3年来收入分配的结果入手分析,认为央企员工平均工资递增速度最快,行业工资差距没有缩小反而扩大,经营者平均年薪与员工平均工资的倍数维持未变。 A subject report of the 40th provincial and ministerial-level seminars of the Central Party School has pointed out that the current state-owned enterprise employees have extremely high abnormally high incomes, and the problem of unfair distribution is relatively prominent.
