建立图书馆联盟,可开展联盟馆之间的资源共建共享、馆际互借及文献传递、联合目录编制、人员培训等工作,而信息资源共享是图书馆联盟的主要功能之一。分析基于信息资源共享的图书馆联盟运作模式,提出图书馆联盟建立的保障机制。
The establishment of a library alliance can carry out the work of building and sharing resources, interlibrary loan and document delivery, joint cataloging and personnel training among alliance pavilions. Information resource sharing is one of the main functions of the library consortium. This paper analyzes the operation mode of library alliance based on the sharing of information resources and puts forward the guarantee mechanism for the establishment of library alliance.
