日前,中共中央国务院印发的《关于进一步加强城市规划管理工作的若干意见》中提出,要大力推广装配式建筑,力争用10年左右的时间,使装配式建筑占新建建筑的比例达到30%。大力推广装配式建筑,可有效减少建筑垃圾和扬尘污染,缩短建造工期,提升工程质量。该文件指明了绿色建筑与装配式建筑的发展方向,为我国“十三五”乃至更长时间的城市建设勾画出清晰的“路线图”
