当前,我国正处于改革的攻坚阶段和发展的关键时期,医疗卫生体制的改革正紧锣密鼓地进行,医务人员面对前所未有的挑战,思维异常活跃,思想政治工作遇到了许多新情况、新问题。如何做好医务人员的思想政治工作,提高医疗服务质量是摆在我们面前的重大课题。本文重点探讨思想政治工作与医疗服务之间的相互关系。
At present, our country is in a critical period of reform and a crucial period for its development. The medical and health system reform is in full swing. Medical personnel face unusual challenges and mental and political work have encountered many new situations and problems.
