一、龙凤新区的发展定位根据龙凤新区控制性详细规划,龙凤新区主要围绕五个重点强力推进新区核心区域、基础设施、生态文明、园区产业和社会事业建设,打造一个集行政中心、农产品加工、商贸物流、社会事业于一体的现代城市综合体。龙凤新区建成以后,恩施州城将向北拓展30平方公里,相当于再建一个州城。——以恩施市行政服务中心建设为重点,加快核心区域建设。充分发挥行政中心的吸引力和辐射力,带动新区完善城市功能,积极推进核心区域配套建设,打造新区亮点工程和城市地标;
